The Mom2Be Show consists of 25 exhibitor tables. Exhibitors are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis, pending our approval of your initial Exhibitor Online Application. While we do NOT guarantee exclusivity to any particular exhibitor category, we do our best to create a diverse and interesting selection of exhibitors to create an overall interest and value to the show's visitors. Therefore, the Mom2Be team reserves the right to refuse any application that either does not fit well enough with the show's target market OR exceeds desired participation of any particular category of business.
The Mom2Be Raffle concept is truly a "big thing" at the Mom2Be show. All exhibitors are required to donate a raffle prize (minimum $50 value) and will provide Mom2Be with the prize photo and information. Top prizes will be featured on the Mom2Be website homepage - and that's a really good place to be seen!
All Mom2Be Show exhibitors are listed on our website with company name & logo, contact info along with a short concise description (300 characters max). This gives exhibitors valuable exposure to the show's visitors both before and after the show. Your listing with logo and contact information makes it easy for someone to pursue their after-show interest.
The Mom2Be show will distribute a beautiful brochure to promote the upcoming show on April 29th at Ruby Foo's Hotel. The brochure will be distributed directly in the hands of expectant and new moms at pediatric centres, hospitals, clinics, obstetrician offices, other physician offices, maternity stores, children's boutiques, and more... throughout Montreal and West Island. There will be continuous weekly distribution during the 6-week period up to the show date. Approved exhibitors are able to purchase advertising space in this wonderful brochure.
